ST. LOUIS — Promise Community Homes is a nonprofit organization that helps to answer the question of what's next for adults and their families who struggle with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This year, Promise Community Homes has received the 2024 Lowe's Hometowns Award. Through the program, Lowe's offers 100 organizations nationwide $10 million for renovations and to support community projects. 

Wednesday morning, the executive director of Promise Community Homes, Matt Elmore, joined Mary Caltrider live in the studio to share who they are, what the award means, and to discuss their upcoming trivia night on August 10.

On Saturday, August 10, Promise Community Homes will host their annual trivia night on their campus on Dautel Lane.  Guests are encouraged to get comfy in their pajamas for a night of fun and fellowship. Doors open at 6 and the games begin at 7.
