ST. LOUIS — The Society of St. Vincent de Paul provides direct assistance in times of crisis or need. The need for support is constant, but summer is particularly challenging. It's not a peak giving season, and many families struggle due to the absence of school-provided meals for children, leading to increased demand for food and other essentials.
