COLUMBIA, Mo. — The University of Missouri football team on Friday put the finishing touches on their best regular season in years with a dominant 48-14 win over Arkansas.
Although the Tigers will not be playing in the SEC Championship Game this weekend, they will be going to a top bowl game this year. The Tigers finished the regular season with a 10-2 record and a No. 9 ranking in the Associated Press Coaches Poll putting them in a position to play in a New Year's Six bowl game.
The New Year's Six are the most prestigious bowl games at the end of the college football season held on or near New Year's day. They are the Cotton Bowl, Peach Bowl, Orange Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl.
The Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl will be the College Football Semifinals this year, so Mizzou will not be playing in those games, but the rest of the NY6 games are still possible for Mizzou.
Here is what experts across the college football world are predicting for the Tigers this year.
