The St. Louis Cardinals could be providing a glimpse to a familiar looking outfield this afternoon as Peter Bourjos, Allen Craig, and Matt Holliday will all be in the lineup against the New York Mets.

Bourjos, who is competing with incumbent Jon Jay for playing time in centerfield this season, will bat second in front of Holliday and then Craig.

Yadier Molina is batting cleanup, but will be the designated hitter as the team is saving his innings behind the plate.

Michael Wacha will start for the Cardinals, with Tim Cooney, Zach Petrick, Eric Fornataro, Keith Butler, Pat Neshek, and Kevin Siegrist also scheduled to take the mound.

Today's lineup:

Matt Carpenter, 2B

Peter Bourjos, CF

Matt Holliday, LF

Allen Craig, RF

Yadier Molina, DH

Matt Adams, 1B

Mark Ellis, 2B

Tony Cruz, C

Pete Kozma, SS

Brian Stull will be contributing to KSDK Sports throughout the 2014 MLB season. Brian is the St. Louis Cardinals lead writer at St. Louis Baseball Weekly and is host of the St. Louis Baseball Weekly radio show on CBS Sports Radio 920.
