ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Blues have reached an agreement to air several of the NHL team’s preseason games on a new direct-to-consumer streaming service.

The Blues said a “working agreement” has been inked with Calgary, Canada-based A Parent Media Co. (APMC) to air five of the club’s seven preseason contests on streaming service Victory+. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The Blues’ regular season contests in the upcoming 2024-25 NHL season will continue to be broadcast by regional sports network Bally Sports Midwest. The partnership with the new Victory+ platform comes as there’s uncertainty about how NHL teams will broadcast games to local fans in the years ahead, as regional sports network operator and parent company of Blues’ broadcaster Bally Sports Midwest, Diamond Sports Group, seeks to restructure its operations in bankruptcy.

Victory+ aired its first Blues game Saturday, the team’s preseason opener against the Dallas Stars.
