Former SLU standout set to begin Olympic journey Saturday

A former St. Louis University Billiken will don the green and gold Saturday and make his Olympic debut.

Kevin Lisch, who played for SLU from 2005-2009 became an Australian citizen, allowing him to play for Australia.

He ranks sixth in scoring for the Billikens with 1,687 points and was recently named to the All-Century team and inducted into the Billiken Hall of Fame. During his four seasons at SLU, he was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Conference three times and was an Academic All-American in 2009.

Lisch has played professional basketball in Puerto Rico, France and Spain.
