SLU pitcher who threw no-hitter getting MLB looks

Cody Luther threw SLU's first no-hitter in 53 years two weeks ago, and now he hast the attention of MLB scouts.

ST. LOUIS — Cody Luther threw a no-hitter for the SLU men's baseball team two weeks ago against St. Bonaventure.

It was the team's first no-hitter in 53 years (over 2,600 games). And with an ERA just above 2.00, the senior is atop the Atlantic-10 leader board in wins (T-1st), innings pitched (1st) and strikeouts (3rd).

Now, the California native is finally getting the attention of Major League Baseball scouts.
