ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A two-vehicle crash in south St. Louis County left one person dead and another seriously injured Tuesday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
The crash closed all northbound lanes on I-55 near the Butler Hill exit south of I-255 and I-270, authorities said. Fire, EMS, and St. Louis County police all responded to the scene.
Officials did not share an estimated reopening time for the roadway, nor details on how the crash happened.
