ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A fiery crash closed the ramp from westbound Interstate 70 to southbound Interstate 270 for several hours Friday morning.
The crash happened at about 4:30 a.m. Friday near SSM Health DePaul Hospital and Pattonville High School, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.
All lanes of the ramp and both the left and right exits were closed as crews worked the scene. MoDOT reported that the crash was cleared and all lanes were reopened at about 8:30 a.m.
