ST. LOUIS — A tractor-trailer crash in south St. Louis slowed rush hour traffic on northbound Interstate 55 Tuesday morning.
The Missouri Department of Transportation said the crash happened at about 5:15 on northbound I-55 near Carondelet Boulevard. The crash closed the right lane and right shoulder. The crash was cleared off the road as of 7:25, but the shoulder remained closed.
