ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Two eastbound lanes of Interstate 255 on the Jefferson Barracks Bridge will be closed through Tuesday's rush hour.
MoDOT said the closure of the two left lanes is to perform an emergency repair of a bridge joint. The closure started at around 11:30 Tuesday morning, and could last up to 12 hours.
The bridge joint is the piece that allows the bridge to expand and contract with weather changes.
