ST. LOUIS — Expect a dry Monday followed by more thunderstorms as soon as Monday night. Storms on Tuesday may be severe, with large hail and damaging winds.
Monday is sunny to start, with high clouds building through the day. Expect a nice and dry Monday, with temperatures hitting the lower 80s.
Isolated thunderstorms are possible late Monday night, mainly after midnight. Severe weather is not forecast.
Tuesday through the weekend, expect a period of active weather with occasional thunderstorms in the St. Louis region.
Thunderstorms later on Tuesday may be severe, though they will be isolated in nature. Hail and wind will be the main threats for Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, there will be occasional thunderstorms with some heavy rain possible. Thunderstorms will linger into Saturday and Sunday, before the weather pattern shifts and the area of rains move away from the bi-state.
Expect anywhere from 2 to 4 inches of rain through Sunday morning for our region.
