ST. LOUIS — A cold front is pushing into northern Missouri and west-central portions of Illinois.
Thunderstorms are developing along the front. Given the hot and humid conditions, some of the thunderstorms could be intense if not severe.
The main hours of concern for severe weather will be during the evening through about 11 p.m.
Overnight, any remaining showers and storms are expected to be much more scattered and not nearly as intense, though there still may be some downpours.
