Accumulating snow has come to an end for metro St. Louis. Temperatures will remain in the 20s for the daylight hours. Dangerous cold is expected overnight, with single digit low temperatures on Monday morning. Wind chill temperatures will be as cold as -10°F.

Snow will fall in the St. Louis region this morning, followed by dangerous cold for the bi-state.

A winter weather advisory is in force for the St. Louis region through 3 pm today, with morning snow falling in the region. Snow will end by 1 pm, with a total of 1 to 3” of snow on the ground. A few locations may see as much as 4” of snow. Expect widespread travel impacts and weather-related delays through the early afternoon hours.

The afternoon will be mainly dry, blustery, and chilly in St. Louis. High temperatures will only reach the 20s today.

Arctic air rolls into the bi-state tonight and will remain in the place through Wednesday morning.

Tonight and tomorrow morning temperatures will fall back into the single digits, with dangerous wind chills as cold as -10°F in metro St. Louis on Monday morning.

Monday afternoon is sunny, with high temperatures in the lower 20s.

A warming trend slowly creeps our way for the rest of the week. Tuesday morning will be cold again with temperatures in the teens, followed by lower 30s in the afternoon. Wednesday morning will also see temperatures in the teens, with the middle 30s for afternoon high temperatures. Expect near or above 40° for the rest of the week and into the weekend.
