NEW ORLEANS — A Michigan couple is trapped in New Orleans after the tires are stolen off their truck in the hotel's valet lot.
The whole car was stripped when they went to the manager of the Hyatt Place they were told the hotel was not responsible for damage in the valet lot.
“Today, the owner wouldn't speak to us so we kept going back and forth with the hotel manager and the valet parking manager and he wouldn't speak to us," Fabiola Andre told NBC Station WDSU in New Orleans.
The cost to replace the tires is $5,000.
The couple was in New Orleans celebrating their anniversary.
