MANCHESTER, Mo. — A GoFundMe has been set up to keep a popular snow cone stand in Manchester.
R&M Tropical Sno Manchester shared a post and video on Facebook on Oct. 1.
Ryan Talbert said the location they’ve been at for the last 12 years is currently up in the air due to the asking price of the lot.
‘We finally received an opportunity to purchase the lot and make sure we stay for good. Unfortunately, the asking price is something we cannot afford. We are a hard working family and this business is our livelihood. We want to stay here for the community more than anything. With the season over we have no way of generating the capital necessary to make this purchase so we are turning to the internet. If you want to see us stay here please please please consider donating! If we purchase the lot we will do farmer's markets and food truck Fridays for the community. Even sharing this post would mean the world to us. Thank you for your time,’ R&M Tropical Sno Manchester said on Facebook.
