FLORISSANT, Mo. — The Hazelwood School District is holding a Teacher Recruitment Fair on March 14th. Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Keith Bausman, is here to tell us about teacher recruitment.
Keith says the event will be on Saturday, March 14 and there will be signs outside of their Central High School location in Hazelwood. This is right next to their district office at 15955 New Halls Ferry Road. Doors will open at 8:30am with interviews starting at 9am.
You can pre-register art hazelwoodschools.org where there are instructions and links to the online application system. Online you can add your resumes and information. If you pre-register, you are guaranteed two interviews with campus principals that either have a current opening or a projected opening.
Hazelwood is the second largest school district in the state of Missouri and the Superintendent, Dr. Nettie Collins-Hart, was awarded with the National Superintendent award this year. Keith says that the district works well with their unions and their salary and benefits package is second to none.
