ST. LOUIS — 5 On Your Side anchor Allie Corey and her husband Lucas welcomed a new little bundle of joy into the world this weekend.
Jameson Corey was born on Saturday evening, a day before his dad's birthday, at 8 pounds, 2 ounces.
"Welcome Jameson Corey 💙💙 A week early and a day before your dad’s birthday. You’ve stolen our hearts," Allie posted to Facebook Sunday.
The rest of the Today in St. Louis family shared in their joy Monday morning.
"She is so radiant and glowing and I know Lucas, her husband, is so happy. I'm so thrilled!" said anchor Monica Adams. She and anchor Rene Knott admitted they had an inkling Jameson would come early.
"So happy," said Rene. "Healthy baby, healthy family, and congratulations."
Allie and Lucas welcomed their first baby, Kingston, in May 2019. Two years later, he's now a big brother, and every boy in the Corey family shares the same birth month.
Kingston is currently spending time with his "Amma," Allie said, but she can't wait for the two to meet.
