ST. LOUIS — Police are investigating after two people were robbed at gunpoint along the edge of St. Louis’ Midtown neighborhood Sunday night.
Officers responded to the 3600 block of Washington Avenue around 8:45 p.m. where a 71-year-old man and 65-year-old woman said they had just gotten into their car when a man came up to them and said he had a gun and demanded their property.
The robber got away with wallets, a purse and keys. The victims’ car was not taken and they were not injured.
