Police looking for person responsible for shooting in St. Charles County

The incident happened in the Harvest Acres Subdivision.

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — St. Charles County police are asking for the public’s help for information on a shooting that occurred in St. Peters early Thursday morning.

A spokesperson from the St. Charles County Police Department said a person arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound around 3 a.m. Police said the person’s injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening.

The incident happened in the Harvest Acres Subdivision.

Early investigation suggests the assault was an isolated incident, police said.

Police have not provided a description of the possible shooter.

No other information has been made available.
