ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis-based grocery chain launched a donation drive Wednesday that aims to support local firefighters, police and other first responders by keep them hydrated.
All Schnucks stores across the Midwest are taking part in the "Hydrate Our Heroes" beverage drive. Those interested in donating should look for collection bins set up at the front of each location through Tuesday, July 16.
According to Schnucks, the most requested items include:
- Sports drinks.
- Energy drinks.
- Bottled water.
- Sparkling water.
