ST. LOUIS — You have heard the expression you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I feel that way sometimes with TV technology.
Well, Terry Michler has been the soccer coach at CBC for 49 years. He's won nine state titles.
He basically could have stayed with one system, instead, he's gone to Holland about 20 times to see how they do things.
He's evolved and constantly improving. This weekend in Jefferson City, Michler did something nobody has ever done.
The CBC soccer coach won two games and got to the coveted 1000 victory total. No one will ever break this record.
Go ahead and try and win 20 games a year for 50 years.
