ST. LOUIS — Scott Rolen, Jason Isringhausen and the late Mort Cooper have been inducted into the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame.
The announcement was made Friday evening, before the Cardinals took on the Reds.
Rolen and Isringhausen were selected by the fans after nearly 75,000 online votes. The pair beat out fellow nominees Keith Hernandez, Matt Morris, Edgar Renteria and John Tudor.
Pitcher Mort Cooper was also elected posthumously by the Hall of Fame's red ribbon committee.

Rolen is one of the best defensive third basemen in the history of baseball. As a Cardinal he won four gold gloves, was a four time all-star and hit 111 home runs. Rolen won a World Series with the club in 2006.
Isringhausen is the all-time saves leader in Cardinals history with 217. In his seven seasons in St. Louis, Isringhausen compiled a 2.98 ERA and 373 strikeouts in 401 games.
The late Mort Cooper played for the Cardinals from 1938-1945, notching 105 wins with the club. Cooper was the National League MVP in 1942 after a 22 win, 1.78 ERA season. Cooper had three twenty win seasons in a row from 1942-1945.
Rolen, Isringhausen and Cooper will be officially enshrined in the Cardinals Hall of Fame on Saturday, August 24.
