South county Goodwill robbed at gunpoint, person inside carjacked Sunday morning

On Oct. 20 around 9:30 a.m., St. Louis County police officers responded to the Goodwill at 10570 Baptist Church Road for a robbery and a carjacking.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who robbed a south county Goodwill and carjacked one of the people inside Sunday morning.

On Oct. 20 around 9:30 a.m., St. Louis County police officers responded to the Goodwill at 10570 Baptist Church Road for a robbery and a carjacking.

Police said a man forced his way into the back of Goodwill and once inside, he pulled out a gun and demanded cash. After he got cash from the cash register, he demanded a car from one of the people inside. He then took the victim’s car and left the scene. He was last seen turning eastbound onto South Lindbergh Boulevard from Baptist Church Road.

The vehicle taken is a 2014 Toyota Yaris. It is blue/gray in color with four doors. The vehicle has State of Missouri license plate DN4R4A.

Five people were inside Goodwill at the time of the business and no one was injured, police said.

The St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons is leading the investigation.
